Established in Winnipeg in 1992. Doug Reichert Sensei, 5th Dan, is the chief instructor who is assisted by his wife Leanne Reichert Sensei, 4th Dan.
“Masakatsu Agatsu Katsu Hayabi” – O’Sensei. Translates as: “True victory is self victory; victory at the speed of light.”
Dojo Update (March 1, 2024):
Classes are running in the dojo on Mon, Wed & Fri from 7:00-8:30 pm and Sat from 8:30-10:00 am.

Aikido of Winnipeg Martial Arts is a not-for-profit dojo on a journey to mastery in this Japanese martial art of self-defense. Beginners are treated with care and respect in our creative and challenging atmosphere. You may wear loose clothing and join us for a free introductory class.
